Town Creek Elementary, home of the Terrapins, is a cherished school in St. Mary’s County, Maryland. Opened in 1958, it's among the oldest and smallest, serving around 240 students from diverse backgrounds in prekindergarten to fifth grade. Just 75 miles from Washington, D.C., our school is a hub of child-centered learning, where staff and community work together to foster success and individual excellence in every student. Town Creek embodies the warmth and tradition of a neighborhood school.
